LAMBRATE
Birrificio Lambrate
This is definitely the best known drinking spot in the city, with its rather spartan atmosphere, long wooden benches and tables. We recommend choosing one of the cask ales on tap which have Milanese names. A medium sized glass is 5.50 euros, a small is 4.50. You can also order hamburgers, paninos and bruschetta.

PORTA ROMANA
Spiller
The vibe inside Spiller is quite intimate, while the huge terrace outdoors is the perfect space for any type of event. The dishes on the menu are inspired by a contemporary interpretation of Alto Adige cuisine (from the region of Trentino-Alto Adige in Northern Italy), which are paired perfectly with the 7 different types of Forst beer (Forst Luxus Light, Heller Bock, Sixtus, V.I.P. Pils, Kronen, Red Menabrea, Weihenstephan).

The name of this bar, The Malt and the Grape, says it all. Propped up at the huge bar you can enjoy one of the many excellent wines and whiskeys. But, fear not, there’s also a selection of around 30-40 beers from all over the world. Don’t miss out on the aperitivo which includes very fine and carefully selected ingredients, there are veggie options, cured meats and fish (the Cantabrian anchovies are our favourite).
